Herblore ; Too make herblore a better looked at skill, we will need to add to it a reward that no other skill can bring. Overloads. I suggest we add overloads back into the game, this will make people more determined to train herblore and gain atleast level 96. Also make it so it cost 1m\overload to keep the economy reasonably clean of them.
Farming ; [b] Too make Farming a better skill to train, I suggest making the herblore store sell a max of 100 of each herb, this will increase the demand for herbs therefore the farmers can sell for profit to other players or the shop and help the people using them for herblore
Agility ; Boost the Exp up a tiny bit, I can see why you'd expect it too be one of the hardest skills but it gets too boring too quickly and after 20 minutes of grinding it out you realise you've only gained 140k exp maximum.
Woodcutting ; Makes the logs in the fletching store limited to 100, This will act the same as Farming but will make a demand for Fire makers and fletchers.
Fletching ; Make a store buy un finished bows, this will allow fletchers to make a bit of money,
