We have great staff

More people have quit because of staff then normal players

Since both servers will have an owner, each owner will promote staff. A majority of the people who play are staff since they have something vested in the server.

More players will likely balance it out between player/mod ratio.

Same thing I was thinking, and actually..
There are not many staff, I'm online most of the times..
And 2 just got demoted, so I don't know how is there so "many"..
Its mostly you, me, tom, other staffs aren't even that active at all.

If there not active why keep them as staff?

That's the point im getting at.

Ok, first Tom and Nate, both at different times

Meriroxbuddy, same old player:WhiteCherry,(Just got back)
Mikenike500, Almost never online now.
Sal, Same almost never online.
Trackers and Zack, only active mods, New Players. Thank you for helping.

Letopgevaar, not online to much but helps a lot with anything he can.
Skyler, person to tell me to bring back the 508 and would pay me to keep it online (haven't seen a cent and made me lose players on my 317, and his not active.

so if you think about it, we're actually missing staffs,
all online at different times, or not even active at all.

9 Staff members.

And only 5 are active.
and 3 of them online at different times.

For 2 Elite members that are not active doesn't make Unforgivscape shit, like Caleb said.

I never said that the Staff Team is "shit".
If you're talking about the 317, they're fine. Just update it more..

I know , its what Caleb said not you. And right now the 317 has way to many
staff, now that you reminded me I have to demote some people.
But the 508 its perfectly fine atm.
