They're 1gp and that wont change, sorry.

Players can make their own prices for them.
No reason for me to make the price for it,
you (Players) have them, so you do what you want
with it, your Partyhat your price.

Also that way no one can pk with them,
some people think they're pro so they can pk
with Partyhats. Go pk with one having in mind
you can lose it over anything, that's more pro
