Kevin, please shut up. Both Jack's (Montana) and Mel's designs were better than yours. All you did was edit the eye a bit, texture the entire thing and add some transparent text. Don't come flaming everyone on the forums when you have 5 posts and 0 reputation here.

Ps my entry will be up soon, at the moment i'm spending all my time editing a video for a final project in one of my classes. Finished January 19th, im sure ill get my design in sometime soon after new years.

For one, it's called photo manipulation. It is not in any way a 'signature. It is pure graphic designing. Also, the 'transparent text' is called a watermark.
And Tom, I'm not trying to 'lick her ass'. I'm simply stating the truth.
