Why You Believe You Should (Become a Mod or Advance): I know alot about runescape private servers i have coded 3 of my own but am to cheap to buy VPS,runescape membership and donate to good servers. I have created 3 of my own websites for Maplestory/Runescape private servers. I have been a part of the RangeX,Project Catastrohpe and FlyScape staff. Not to mention many Maplestory servers. I know how to work forums and I know alot of the unforgivscape community.
What You Expect A Moderator Should Do/Be: Alot of people say "responsable, hard working, and a good attitude!" Sure thats great.. I have all that but why not: "Be fun, watch the server/forums when asked, follow instructions. Im sure abel and other admins get tired of hearing the same crap over and over again. I've had to read over so many applications for other servers, and almost everyone says the same crap. Also Abel I can keep a clean mouth and not cuss.
What You Will Bring To UnforGivscape As A Mod: I will be able to help you code if needed, moderate the forums, watch over the server if you need a break, make the server/forums more interactive and fun, and give suggestions to the game.

Oh, sorry I misunderstood you and thought you meant I was stuck up my mistake.
Any don't worry, as I said im looking for either forum moderator or mod and I have alot of experience. I know what its like to have a server where your gms/mods dont do anything. Trust me.

He ever checks them for a certain player or just tells them ingame.

@username, I Know I Mean Sometimes he get's On To Post about His Bank *LOL..* But i don't think he even Cares + yes Tom "REALLY" Needs Fourm moderators.
